Saskatchewan Province Invited 502 Candidates For PNP For Permanent Residence

Saskatchewan Issues invitations to overseas skilled labour to work and stay in the province through Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). The selected Immigrants who want to work and settle in the Saskatchewan region will get ITAs (invitation to apply) for permanent residency in Canada from Saskatchewan.
Through the SINP, Saskatchewan government will nominate the candidates as per the skills to fill the shortage of skilled workers in the region
502 Immigration Candidates-79 occupations
Saskatchewan had organized an immigration draw for in-demand 79 occupations on January 21, 2021, had accessed the applications from the category of International Skilled Worker to verify the skills, which suits the 79 occupations, and had invited eligible 502 immigration candidates to apply for PNP for PR Canada.
From Two Subcategories
The total of 502 candidates from International Skilled Worker belongs to subcategories: Express Entry, and Occupations In-Demand
189 candidates who have profiles in the Express Entry were invited and the remaining 313 were from the Occupations In-Demand category.
Express Entry-189 Candidates
Saskatchewan invited 189 applicants from the federal Express Entry pool.
The Express Entry system manages the profiles of skilled candidates applied through Canada’s economic class immigration programs such as the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and Canadian Experience Class.
An Express Entry Candidate who got nominated for provincial nomination is awarded an additional 600 points towards their CRS score (Comprehensive Ranking System), which helps in acquiring Canada PR.

Occupations In-Demand-313 Candidates
Through the Occupations In-Demand program, Saskatchewan will select the foreign skilled labour who have the required skills and experience to fill the labour shortages in Saskatchewan.
